Quest: Color quest objectives and world quest objectives differently

- When you enter an area during questing that has an objective of "Kill Blood Trolls" but your quest is to kill Blood Skullcrushers you get into a situation where all the blood trolls are identically marked as quest objectives.
- True they all need to be eliminated, but if you trying to speed run through story missions, or the objective was from a world quest you have no interest in completing.
- Would it be possible to distinguish between quest objectives and bonus/wq objectives on the Name Plate?
