Arena: Add option to replace name with number

- I'm curious if there is a way to alter the Name text of enemies? My goal is to make the name of Arena1, Arena2, etc. be "1 One", "2 Two", etc...I know you have the arena widget that puts the number there, but I am hoping to also have the word written out. I tried making a custom .tga file and replacing 1.tga, but it doesn't seem to work unfortunately.
