Indicators: Individual options for rare and elite indicators

- i do wish that the settings for the rares & elites icons would be 2 different things.
- i love to make the rare icon exceptionally huge, so i never miss it, but then there are so many elite mobs that my screen gets cluttered everywhere else :(

- Use case: I would like to show only icons for Rares, but not for Elites. I would also like to select the color of those icons (e.g. show yellow star for Rares).
- Currently there's no option for either, Rare and Elite icons display comes as a bundle and the colors are fixed
