Indicators: Show rare/elite indicator with text instead of icon

- Noticed that you added a small dot infront of the level number when the target is elite (cant find a way to hide it). This made me wonder if its possible to add an extra option in the Rares & Elites tab.
- Icon Style drop down - text icons. Replacing the icons with text, aka Elite, R.Elite, Rare. Think this will look really clean if placed behind the text number. (should u se the same font as Level text)
