Auras displaying without ability to purge/dispel

Backupiseasy commented 2 years ago

A dispel aura is showing above Tarasek Laborer (NPC ID: 186319) for the debuff (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=392206/the-call) but I can't dispel as an evoker.

Actually it's showing the dispel icon on lots of enemies while I don't have dispel.
