Custom Style: Allow individual scaling values for icons

- The other component is that the Icon feature is great for visibility, but the problem is I don't have a way to customize its positioning or scaling. At the moment, it is so large, that it covers up the mob's cast bar and covers the Name of the spell being cast. A Global setting of this would be great so then it can be applied to ALL custom nameplates for consistency instead of having to update each item.
