Auras: Show own buffs/debuffs/resources/cooldowns on nameplate

- It would be cool to be able to choose specific buffs / cooldowns on the target nameplate similar to how you'd see any dots / debuffs that you have applied to them.
- For example, if you are a feral druid, you can normally see Rake, Rip, Faerie Fire, etc. over top of the health plate which is greeat. I'd love if you could also choose to show something like Tiger's Fury next to those dots. Tiger's Fury is a 6 second buff which is applied to the caster (so yourself in this context) so it's not applied to the target, but it would be cool to have its timer shown as if it were a dot on the target.
- Along the same lines, it could be cool to be able to show your own energy bar as a smaller bar (or just a number) somewhere around the target health plate. Using feral druids as an example again, this would allow the druid to see how much energy they have without having to glance at their own health bar in the top left of the screen.
- I tried using WeakAuras to create an aura that is anchored on the target health plate, but I couldn't figure out how to get that anchor working.
