Default Blizzard friendly nameplates also out of instances

Since friendly nameplates in instances was forced to show as default Blizzard's frames, is there any way to get this default look in open world too?
As a tank i only need to see enemy's threats and would prefer friendly healthbars to look the same everywhere.
