Switch from healthbar mode to headline mode automatically in combat (for friendly nameplates)

Yes i would liohke to see enemy heath bars and threat colors as well as rival factions but i have to constantly disabled friendly health bars while in combat. I would like this feature to be off without me to disable it every fight. I have enabled the Headline view but the option to select player types is grayed out.
Its odd if i Ctrl-V in the fights health bars go and names stay. That is all i want your saying this cant be enabled by default?
