NPC Buff not diappearing

Hello,
I am trying to do the challenge mode for paladin, but I am encountering a small inconvenience that I believe is related to the Threat Plates AddOn somehow.
One of the companions, Jarl Velbrand, occasionally applies a buff on himself called Berserker's Rage:

This buff gets stuck over the nameplate after it expires. There are other temporary buffs here, but I have not noticed them being stuck this way. Below is a screenshot of the NPC with the buff above the nameplate, but as you can see, not on the portrait.
I do not have this issue if I disable Threat Plates. I also did not find any setting that would cause this behavior, although I could be missing something.
Do let me know if I can assist further :)
This buff icon above Jarl Velbrand is shown by another addon, right, probably BigDebuffs or something like that. Addons that anchor something on the (hidden) Blizzard nameplates do not work reliable with Threat Plates, see #93. There is no fix for that right now. I every now and then look into this issue, but did not yet find a good solution.
Ahh, I see. These are from DBM. As soon as I disable this, it works well. However, this workaround introduces some other, obvious inconveniences.
Ill look into what options I have with DBM. There is no need for me to display these through there, if TP manages it too.
Thanks for the quick reply :)
If the icon is from DBM, you can try to enable the Boss Mods widget. It is meant to be used by DBM to display these icons. Then the bug should no longer be there. I did not test this widget for quite some time, so it might be broken. It shoudn't be though.
I found a setting in DBM whether I want to show buffs on NPC nameplates or not. I left this off, so if I understand the arrangements right, they are now displayed on the nameplates by TP and not by DBM or any other AddOn. I am very minimalistic when it comes to AddOns, so I don't think it is any others.
I noticed DBM also have a small config section mentioning conflicts with other AddOns, and TP is actually listed as one of the examples. Maybe it is something here too, but I didn't dig any further as I'm fine with the way described above :)
It makes sense that doing the same thing with two AddOns may cause some unexpected issues. After pointing this out, I think its a nice solution to just disable this functionality in one of them.
