Threat: Add pets as off-tank units

- I run as a tank in the party with a hunter in WoW Classic HC and have been trying to figure out how to set her pet as an off-tank (Making the threat plate light blue as if an off-tank in raid) so that I don't blow my taunt on a mob her pet is tanking.
