Hi, not sure if blizzard side bug or addon but for while now I cant see opposite factions pet nameplates in my team. I only see their pet names with the blizzard default text but no nameplate for the pet, the opposite faction players nameplate shows but not his pets, and same faction players pet nameplates show normal

I only have this incur in shuffles and everywhere else I can see both friendly/opposite faction players pet nameplates both in arena and in bg and in world, this only happens in shuffle for some reason

My first guess would be that this is not directly related to Threat Plates. If you only see (green) names, but no nameplates for friendly pets that means that nameplates are not created for these units. This is something that is done by WoW itself based on CVars. TP only can modify existing nameplates.

But it does not seem to be a CVar setting as you mentioned that you can see friendly pets outside of solo shuffles just fine. I don't know of any particular CVar just for solo shuffles.

It could be a bug, but I need to investigate.

What you can try is to only use WoW default nameplates (e.g., disable Threat Plates) and see if there is a change after that. If it's still like what you describe, it should be either a WoW bug or related to some CVar setting.

I have started to believe this to be blizzard side bug with the reasoning that when Im inside a lfr example I see pet nameplates with this blizzard default https://ibb.co/h2JrTM6, when im in arena I see my threat plate nameplate setting for pets and when im in shuffle I only see the pets name with blue blizzard text but no nameplate at all like should show just like in that picture inside lfr/dungeon where threat plates are disabled for players and their pets by default from blizzard

game treats shuffle as sanctuary i believe and even tho it allows opposite faction player nameplate to show with threat plates in your team it seems it doesnt understand his pet should also be allowed so there might be bug on blizzards side on this

In shuffle the game only shows me the blue name text on blizzard font for opposite faction players pet name when his in my team, when his against me I see his pets nameplates normally with this addon like I have setuped it to show but in my team I seem to only see blizzard font for their name and no nameplate for pet, this makes me think it has to do something with the sanctuary and that they forgot pets when the opposite fanction is in your team

when I play real areana 2v2 example with opposite faction player I see his pet nameplate just fine with this addon, this only happens in shuffle so hence I think it is blizzard side bug
