I second this suggestion/request! Came here to ask for the same thing!
I would like the ability to change the enemy healer tracker icon. Adding something visiualy similar to the one BetterBlizzPlates has would be great. Also, adding the possibility to change the texture of the enemy healer's and/or focus health bar.
