Target markers(ex. skull, diamond, ...) is not shown

After upgrading to the recent version, the target marks are no longer shown.
Maybe this heavy refactoring 5353303 is related, but it seems that only me has this issue. 🤔
(I can not find any other users' feedback about this.)
