- can anyone here guide me on how to setup this to make my target more distinguishable, the one i am "actively hitting" not all the ones affected by my AOE spells(Frost DK)
- like the nameplate become bigger or some other color or any other ways....but the important thing i want the target to be the one i am actively single DPSing.
- SET ObjectSelectionCircle "0"
- maybe we can modify the red circle under focus to be less ugly...?
- i just removed it & i am happy with Tidy.

- If possible i would love to have a fat square option added to target-highlight widget since both default and thin are sometimes too hard to find in the heat of the battle but the arrows and co. are just are way too big.

- On a side note are there any plans to work on the target highlight widget? For me its the only thing in this addon that is somewhat lackluster. I would love to see more/better textures with a higher level of customisation or even better a target overlay option (like in Plater or Kui).
- As a tank, it's important for me to be able to easily tell my target in a cluster of mobs(nameplates) that are also important targets. Lowering the alpha of nontargets is an option but it diminishes my ability to quickly spot important changes on nontargets like debuffs or certain casts. I know this is entirely personal and not for everyone but I would love to see an option for a target overlay i.e. or something of the sort (so I don't have to rely on alpha settings + the current lackluster target highlight widget).
- Yes, I tried the target color option the moment it was implemented but it doesn't correspond well with my playstyle as it entirely replaces the threat based nameplate coloring (and I don't use the border threat highlight). Works great for a dpser but not that good for a tank at least in my case.

- Hi, there's any way to show target of target as status text? It will be very useful in pvp

- Is there any possibility to show who is being target in the name plates?
- I saw it already on mouse over addon, but it would be great and less confusing to have this info in the nameplate, at least in the target one
- Ok...
- "Target of target, in all nameplatees, or at least in the nameplate of the target"

- Is there a way for us to add target artwork instead of the few you have included? They kinda overlap with the actual threat ones. Just curious! I love this thing. It is amazing.

- I guess this is to leave space for the border. But to me this just feels like wasted space.

- At the moment my target has always that white border around :(
- With that config you need always big space between name, healthbar & castbar. Without that space the border is overlapping the name and the castbar.
- Maybe you can add an additional "target glow" effect so it is possible to minimize that space between the bars. The graphic that would fit that role
- perfectly exists in the artwork folder(target.tga) :)

- Hey, I switched today from TP since it was giving me a huge amount of LUA erros and installed this. Extremly satifisfied with how it's working but I want to ask something. I really like the Brackets options for targeted plates and currently I do not see it in the options. Is it possible to be added in a future build?

- Is it possible to customize Target Highlight even more?
- Now all those style are waay too big and the square one (big or small) forces you to choose some weird positioning when there's a target selected who's casting. Maybe moving the highlight as a background strata or something?
- Also is it possible to add something similar to Elvui faded highlight? So it shows but it kinda stays on the background and does not interfere with the nameplate style?

- Additional target highlight textures, such as a border glow, smaller arrows, etc.

- Would it be possible to get additional target highlight options/textures? Specifically the glow highlight similar to Kui and Elvui.

- any1 using threadplates knows if it's possible to configure it to show 2 target highlights at the same time ? for instance arrows and default ?

I will add screenshots to show....
- If I understand you correctly, you want a different kind of target highlight (the glow, like, e.g. in headline view). There are other textures for the target highlight (arrow, ...) that are not square and do not create the above kind of problem (altough I am not a fan of them). Also, you could change the target's healthbar color or name and not use textures at all.
- I have to think about that a little bit. I also think that kuiNameplates has this kind of target highlight.
- Can you make a mockup of how it could look like?
but when i color the target healthbar there is always that red aggro border around and not the colored threat healthbar anymore

- I have been using Tidy Plates (with custom theme) for a long time but since it hasn't been updated since 7.10, I'm concerned if it will work in BFA.
- So I'm trying out Threat Plates. After playing a bit with setting and a little bit of LUA editing, I came up with something very close to my Tidy Plates custom theme I used except for Target Highlight Style (the one you can choose from in Target Highlight Widget Tab).
- I feel the styles that come with Threat Plates are bulky and taking up too much space. What I used with Tidy Plates is glow border style and I think it fit the style nicely.
- I think it would be a great addition to Threat Plate to add more style (especially Glow Style :) ) to Target Highlight option since it's lacking in variety at the moment.
TidyPlates Target Highlight Glow - Target Glow Highlight (using Tidy Plates)
ThreatPlates Target Highlight "Thin Square" - This is what I came up with ThreatPlates.
