'Force friendly in combat' extended to allow to force normal healthbar

- There's an option for Headline View on friendly units in combat, but is it possible to set the opposite to happen without affecting enemy plates? Headline out of combat, Healthbar in combat. I've dug around and not found quite what I want. The Automation option to show during combat, hide when combat ends, just switches out to the (markedly less attractive) Blizzard default.

- I have a question and can't figure out exactly how to do this. Not sure if it is even possible. I would like to see the headline view for friendly units and npc's. Healthbar view for friendly players in combat.
And healthbar view for enemy players in and out of combat. - I always keep to be getting up with blizzard nameplates on NPC's OR unable to get the friendly player healthbar to be used in combat OR a combination.
