Add option to center align Enemy Status Text

This is just a cosmetic thing, and I modified the lua file myself to get that effect, but it would be really nice, if there was an official option to center the "Enemy Status Text", so I won't have to do it myself each time I update this mod. :)
seems easy enough to do, can you tell me the exact place you edited (as in file name and line number), I'll add it to the next update then
