Describe the bug
There is animation because of the text "This requires the Timewalking Event to bo Active."
The word "Active." is switching between to lines. One line is in perfect line with the rest of the text,
and in the next animate frame it is on the next line below to the left.
The tooltip window itself is static on the left and right side, it only changes size from top to bottom.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
This error was produced after getting the loot "key to the endless chamber", which is a trinket.
When the trinket is in my bags the word "Active." changes places.
When I put it in my trinket slot the tooltip window does not animate anymore, and the word "Active." stays in place.
I use Bagnon for bag addon.

Expected behavior
The text not to change place.

Does this error also occur if you disable all addons except TipTac and Bagnon?
