Describe the bug

Tooltips for player characters no longer display when using TRP3. Bumping back down a version still works though.

Not sure if a bug or some setting or something but random players dont have tooltips for me? Like I can mouseover 1 character and see their stats, but I mouse over another character and nothing. And I cant find a rhyme or reason for it. And its only the character cause I tried on some random hunter and their pets had tooltips but they didnt. The character can still be clicked/etc but then mousing over them in any form shows nothing. Character, portrait, etc. Disabling tiptac allows me to mouse over everything and I did a few reloads to see if maybe some other addon was blocking the area with some menu. I moved my character/camera to see if maybe it was that ara of the screen. Nada.
