anchoring wrong if LibExtraTip in addon BiS-Tooltip moves the tooltip

Describe the bug

Hello, since the last update the Anchor now appears somewhere else i am using Tiptac in Cataclysm Classic

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this on my side. Does this issue also occur if you disable all other addons except TipTac?
In reply to frozn45: Hello, i tested again with everything and found that is a problem with the Addon Bis-tooltip again, aparently the addon move the current tooltip because it show other tooltip and is very large and does not return to its place after moving the tooltip, but this started happening like 2-3 days ago

I have the same problem as Erumollien_. The tooltip position moves when I use Tiptac and Bis-tooltip (on Cataclysm Classic).
no problem before v24.05.26
