backdrop of some quest tooltips on world map are transparent

Describe the bug

For some reason I am having a issue with the backdrop of the tool tips. All of my tool tips look fine, except when I hover over quests and world quests on map. When I do the backdrop is transparent and I can't read them very well. Other tooltips have a dark background like I have set in the backdrop settings, if I disable this addon then the tool tips are fine.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this. Under which flavor does this occur (tww, catac, classic era)? Please try to disable all addons except TipTac, does this error occur then too?

In reply to frozn45: Ok so I figured it out, the tool tip from handynotes loremaster is the tool tip that is transparent. The issue though is between 3 addons, tiptac, handynotes loremaster and addonskins. I fixed the issue by turning of libraries in addonskins, and everything seems to work fine. I imagine it is the fact that tiptac and addonskins was trying to skin that tooltip causing the issue, cause turning either addonskins or tiptac off, made the tooltip go back to normal.

To prevent applying tip's appearance by both TipTac and addon AddOnSkins it's necessary to set tip.isSkinned = true. In this case AddOnSkins will skip styling the tooltip.

Fix will be included in the next release.
