Unfortunately I can't reproduce this. Working fine on my side:

A few other addons, including BlizzMove, updated today and the issue is gone, so I'll assume it was something to do with the interaction between the two

I have started seeing this bug in 11.0.7, TipTac version 24.12.19, for vendor, inventory, and items linked in chat when set to mouse anchor.

Even with "Anchors->Frame Tip Type" set to "Mouse Anchor" the character and vendor items tooltip won't be pushed out of screen on my side. 🤔
