Conflict Between TipTac v25.01.17 and SavedInstances Causing Severe FPS Drop and Unresponsiveness

Describe the bug
The latest version of TipTac, v25.01.17, conflicts with SavedInstances. The issue manifests as a drastic drop in frame rate to single digits when hovering the mouse over the SavedInstances minimap icon, and SavedInstances becomes unresponsive. This problem does not occur in v24.12.19, so I have reverted to the earlier version.

I have the same problem, and downgrading to 24.12.19 removed the problem.
The version of SavedInstances addon is 11.0.10
