Describe the bug

Talents/Spec does not show while using addon in Classic Anniversary. The box to have it turned on is checked but it only reflects the GS and Item levels.

Unfortunately under Classic Era you can only see your own talents/spec as described in the tooltip in TipTac's options:

Inspecting other players' talents isn't available in this WoW flavor.
