Item Anchor going offscreen (past several months)

Describe the bug
Whenever I hover over an item in any container, whether if it's Player Items, Auction House Items, Black Market Auction House, Various Vendors etc, the tooltip goes off the screen every time. I'm attaching some screenshots.
This happens usually with items that have a lot of description and are very detailed. This has been happening to me for several months now, even on previous versions. I bypassed it by using MoveAny addon to manually move entire window to the bottom of the screen, to see the item with TipTac, but that's not a solution.
Using 27" 1920x1080 resolution.
Steps to Reproduce

Hover over any item in any container

See that frame is always going off screen, as the wraper doesn't exist?

Disable all other addons except TipTac

Still happening with just TipTac
Edit 5. Apparently the culprit is TotalRoleplay 3 (TRP3) that is causing this. There is some interaction between TipTac and TRP3 that is not sitting well with both addons that causes this bug. -
Have TRP3 and TRP3 Extended and TipTac Enabled

Do a /reload

Hover over any item in your character panel, it's fine

Hover over Player or NPC, then back at the character panel or any other window

See that the window is broken now and going off screen

Disable TRP3 and TRP3 Extended and do a /reload

TipTac works as intended
Expected behavior
The item info window should not go off the screen.
Additional context
This is temporary fixed after a /reload, I hover over an item and it's fine then, but as soon as I hover over a Player or NPC, it's messed up again.
I'm also thinking that the culprit could be the TRP3 since I'm using it, as soon as I disable TRP3 and hover over player or npc frame and then back to player items, it's fine?
