Describe the bug

Since the most recent patch the mouse anchor for World Units and World Tips no longer seems to work, it just uses the normal anchor.

Oddly it seems to work on Signs - although it uses the Top Anchor Point regardless of what is selected.

Unfortunately it's working fine on my side under the latest patch 11.1.0. Perhaps there's another addon interfering here. Try to disable all other addons and check if the error still occurs.

I just tried it on a fresh install with just Tiptac, same results.

Changing Frame Unit and Frame Tip to Mouse Anchor makes it work - but this also affects the Frame Tip and Frame Unit.

It seems like the Frame & World aren't differentiated anymore.
