Mouse over doesn't work when you enable Hide frame units in/out combat.

Describe the bug
When you mouseover party frame or raid frame and you enable - Hide tips in or out combat, it doesn't have any effect and frames keeps popping up.
Steps to Reproduce
No response
Expected behavior
When you enable it it should be off.
Additional context

- Hiding
- Scroll down Prio Hide tips in combat,
- Hide frame units.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this on my side. It's working fine, in my case with PitBull Unit Frames.
Do you use a unit frame addon? If "yes", which one and does this issue also occur if you disable the unit frame addon?

No, I don’t use any frame addons. Just standard blizzard.
But i will check later today if there is any issues with other addons, i will disable all of them and check again if the issue still remains.
I have disabled all other addons and testing and reproducing the issue till i found the solutiuon, and yes i have.
The issue was the addon: Leatrix plus (LTP), with the option Enhance tooltips i know for sure i haven't touched this for more then a year, So it was probably an update, which may have conflicted.
But the issue have been solved now,
