Describe the bug

In ItemRef the options "Show Aura Tips with Colored Border" + "Show Aura Spell ID & Rank/Subtext" don't work correctly for debuffs but seem fine for buffs. Here's the current behavior from my testing:

If the target has 3 buffs on them, the first 3 debuffs will also work correctly but any extra debuff won't show color/spell ID. This is easy to test with target dummies in SW/other capitals as they always have the "Banner of the Horde" buff on them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable "Show Aura Spell ID & Rank/Subtext" in ItemRef
2. Go to a target dummy which has 1 permanent buff
3. Apply 2+ debuffs
4. The buff & 1st debuff will have spell IDs displayed, any followup debuff will not.

Expected behavior

All debuffs should show spell IDs.

Additional context

Bugsack didn't show any lua errors, and bug was still present with all other addons disabled.
