Describe the bug

Ever since 11.2 I am noticing that the gem icons in the tooltips just disappear. Sometimes they never show at all, other times the show for a split second and then disappear. I do not see a lua error and this issue goes away when I disable TipTac. It is not always the same gems disappearing nor always the same amount even with exactly the same items.

Steps to Reproduce

I just mouse over an item with gems on login

The gem icons always show

Have seen this issue randomly for myself, but couldn't reliably reproduce it to dig deeper into it. 🤔

Same happens for me also.

I also have this issue. It seems like the backgrop texture is placed above the gem icon textures most of the time. I noticed that when I lowered the opacity on the backdrop texture I could see the gem icons behind it.

So the problem is that the backdrop texture has a higher strata than the gem textures.

Here you can see the gem textures are shining through the backdrop texture slightly (it's around 95% opacity)

If I set the background texture to "none" you can suddenly see the gem icons:

Any chance for an update on this? It's kinda annoying to not be able to see the gem icons.

TinyToolTip-Reforged has the same exact issue and was looking into other tooltip addons to see if there is similar type issues/fixes and seems to be a bigger thing.
Hope you can find what's causing it

It's 100% the tooltip's background texture having a higher strata than the gem textures when redrawing the frame
