If you enable "ItemRef->Icon->Show Icon Texture and Stack Count (when available)" and also "ItemRef->Icon->Smart Icon Appearance", the icon will be hidden if the icon is already shown on the hovering item.

In this case you have two options:

1. Disable "ItemRef->Icon->Smart Icon Appearance" to always show the icon and stack count.
2. Or set "ItemRef->Show Stack Count in Tooltip" to "Only if icon is not shown" or "Always" to show the stack count in the tooltip instead if the icon will be hidden by smart icon appearance from point 1.

But I think it's a good idea to add a new option to force showing the icon if a stack count is available. I will add this with the next release.

I added the new option "ItemRef->Always Show Icon If Stack Count Is Available". Will be included in the next release.
