Describe the bug

Hey!

On MoP Classic, since last week (when Blizzard pushed a random patch), some elements tooltips (when you mouseover a warlock portal, or a warlock healthstones' well for instance) are showing the tooltip at the cursor's location, even though it's specified to be at the Normal spot (which is someplace fixed on the screen, and it worked like a charm prior to this patch).

Do you know how we could fix that?

It affects a bunch of tooltips, fishing pools, fishing bobber, stove, grill, forge, anvil, oven, campfire etc.
