Is there a setting I messed up?

Chat mouseover tooltips are only anchored to mouse if "Anchors->Frame Tip Type" = "Mouse Anchor" is set in options. Perhaps it's currently set to "Normal Anchor", so it doesn't work as expected?

Reopening this because I've noticed this now applies to all tooltips, from spell bars to items in the dungeon journal, which is kind of annoying. It used to be I could have the chat window mouseover anchored to the mouse but nothing else anchored to the mouse. Is that still possible?

It's the default behaviour for "Anchors->Frame Tip Type" that tooltips from auras, items, action bars etc. are affected by this.

But I think an option to override some special tooltips is nice to have. Therefore I added an option in "Anchors" to override GTT anchor for (Guild & Community) ChatFrame: #69

Please look in the mentioned issue to continue with this enhancement. I close this original issue.
