During initial login the addon attempts to register itself with Titan Panel alteast two times- causing an error with Titan Panel that the addon is already registered.

This does not happen after loadscreens / ui-reload. Most likley login is triggering two events connected to the OnLoad() function, or in some other way calling OnLoad() twice.
