Describe the solution you'd like
Tasks should be able to apply for every single character known to Todoloo. Upon creation, the tasks should appear on all characters, with their own individual reset.

Furthermore, if the task is updated, the update should apply to every character, and if the task is deleted, it should be removed from all characters.

Include functionality to only copy the task to max-level characters, further giving us a handy solution to copy tasks to end-game content.

Additional context
This is super handy for weekly events like Superbloom and world bosses. As Todoloo currently works, we would be required to enter the same task manually on all characters.
