Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, the task manager lives in the addon settings, limited to the space we have available. The task manager does not belong in the settings frame, and should instead have its own frame, detached from the settings.

Additional context
For future development, the same frame would be used to get an overview of all tasks across all account characters.
