Set reset interval on entire group

It should be possible to set reset interval on an entire group, so all nested tasks automatically have their reset interval set to that on the group. Furthermore, when tasks are nested under a group with a given reset interval, the individual tasks cannot have their own reset interval, as the group will decide.
