Completed tasks should move to the bottom of the group

Tasks marked as completed should automatically be placed at the bottom of a group in the task tracker
Additional context
The origin request is in relation to the task manager, however, the task managers main purpose is to manage tasks and should not act as an alternative to the task tracker in all manners. This feature should therefore not be implemented in the task manager, as this would collide with feature request #4.
