It would be fantastic addon but it doesn't work at the moment in Dragonflight :(

Even though I did what PedjaSenpai said "To fix addon to work with current API and game ver 10.0.2 change in TooltipSpec.lua line 18 to  TooltipDataProcessor.AddTooltipPostCall(Enum.TooltipDataType.Unit, function(...) TTS:ShowTooltip(); end);"
