Taking a specific amount from a stack in stashes only work for the creator

Curse still won't let me do stuff for tickets, but shift-clicking to take a specific # of items from a stash doesn't appear to work unless you're the person who made it. Everyone else just takes the entire stack instead of being able to take 1 out of a stack of 20 in a supply chest.
