It would be really great to offer a macro command to use items, like the game's /use command (it could be /trp3use) so that people can create macros to use a Total RP 3: Extended item and a game item (or a spell) at the same time.

Just like the game's /use command, the first item with the given name found in the inventory would be used.

It could also be really cool if we were able to automatically create a macro for the user when they drag an item to their action bar.
