Describe the issue

Whenever I hover over an item in any container, whether if it's Player Items, Auction House Items, Black Market Auction House, Various Vendors etc, the tooltip goes off the screen every time. I'm attaching some screenshots.
This happens usually with items that have a lot of description and are very detailed. This has been happening to me for several months now, even on previous versions. I bypassed it by using MoveAny addon to manually move entire window to the bottom of the screen, to see the item with TipTac, but that's not a solution.
Using 27" 1920x1080 resolution.

Expected behaviour

The item info window should not go off the screen.

Steps to reproduce

Give us a list of steps to reproduce the issue with.

1. Have TRP3 and TRP3 Extended and TipTac Reborn Enabled
2. Hover over any item in any container
3. See that frame is always going off screen, as the wraper doesn't exist?
4. Do a /reload
5. Hover over any item in your character panel, it's fine
6. Hover over Player or NPC for TRP3 anchor window to open, then back at the character panel or any other window
7. See that the tooltip of items is broken now and going off screen
8. Disable TRP3 and TRP3 Extended and do a /reload
9. TipTac works as intended and item info window is no longer going off screen
