Yet another thing I missed in testing - got to hide all the individual parts and make sure there aren't more glitches.

Confirmed as a side effect of adding the new GUI. There's several issues here:

• The progress bar background frame remains visible at all times
• Spec icons do not move to the left if progress bars are set to be hidden
