Scanning of AP items is broken for frFR clients (?)

Might be similar to #7 - Scanning for locales other than enUS/enGB, deDE and krKR is quite experimental at this point. Sort-of related to #19 as well, the Scanner being a Core module (for the time being - it should probably be moved to Utils).
Might be caused by the issue fixed in 47c867d - otherwise I can't reproduce it without additional information, which the user has not provided. Therefore, I'm closing this until further notice.
