Can't confirm this because of the client-side restrictions when using the Russian client, but from a comment on Curse it appears that the scanner errors out. If someone can provide the correct pattern (format) that is in use currently the scanner could be updated accordingly and the validity can be checked via luaunit,

wowhead doesn't seem to have the correct format, unfortunately, or maybe I made a mistake somewhere along the way in copying their format and comparing it to some test output displayed ingame from the item links they provided (which only worked for lower AP values, anyway).

I ran the local tests on the ruRU client and if there were errors, they should be fixed by 47c867d - if there's anything requiring a max level character I'll have to look into that as it is reported. In the meantime, I'm closing this as fixed.

For the record: Turns out it actually wasn't fixed at all - but a015c45 should solve it for good.
