Add-on that uses a rhythmic pulse (sound and/or visual) to convey power regeneration rate (Mana, Energy, Rage, etc).

I think the best approach would be to calculate a tempo from the regeneration rate (UNIT_POWER_UPDATE event) and then sync the pulse with it, turning it off when out of combat.
