This way you can ascertain there's a Warlock around, although you still don't have anything else on them, like their name. Remember to support missing name on presence data.
We need to find a way to link the pet with its owner, otherwise the presence becomes duplicate.
There's the reading of tooltip, but it still a weak solution since it depends on the player moving the cursor over the pet and it might take too long or it might never happen.
For a brief time I was able to successfully set the unit of GameTooltip to some some random pet and get the name of its owner back, even though we weren't in a group. Perhaps they have to interact with you, or be really close. We should try stuff out and see what sticks.
