The level being displayed is still inconsistent;

• A skull player sometimes have a skull, other times have the estimated level showing.
• A skull player is always showing the estimated level in tooltip, where it should only do it if the estimated level is beyond the skull level threshold (otherwise it doesn't add any new information).
