Hungering Void is supposed to cause Void Bolt to extend the duration of Voidform when it hits a target debuffed with "Hungering Void". Presently, extensions are happening regardless of target struck/debuff status.

Almost certainly a on Blizzard's part.

Change logic in the bar to match, but be prepared to roll this logic back if it gets hotfixed.
