When you have enough of a Resource to use an ability that also has a threshold line present on the bar, the resource text color should change to the chosen color (if enabled).

This is broken for the following specs:

• Marksmanship Hunter
• Survival Hunter (WIP)

This is working properly for the following specs (no change required):

• Balance Druid
• Elemental Shaman
• Shadow Priest
