Bar Height window slider show wrong minimum value when initially loaded

Bar Height window slider is initially being set to 8*BORDER_WIDTH instead of 2*BORDER_WIDTH. This self-corrects when an adjustment is made. Need to fix this for all specs.

On my shadow priest and druid I can set the bar height to less than 32 (I use 18). However, I cannot do this on my MM hunter. Are there plans to allow that in the future by chance?
